Ok finally I have updated this page!! I am also posting a list of mp3's that I have currently. Enjoy the two mp3's I have up here at the moment. If all goes well, I will update this quicker next time, and I will cut a mp3 from Yngwie Malmsteen's new cd, Facing the Animal. So you can look forward to that. Darkside Of Aquarius by Bruce DickinsonYes!! Finally!! This is one of the best songs of 1997, no doubt about it. Darkside of Aquarius is one of those songs that are just SO good, that it takes your breath away. The first time I heard this, I was instantly in love. The lyrics are simply chilling, and Bruce Dickinson sings them with such power that it is breathtaking. Adrian Smith is the guitarist on here, another ex-Iron Maiden member, and his axeplaying is one of the things that makes this so great. The combination of the two of them is wonderful to behold. This is from the cd Accident of Birth and I would just about bet that after you hear this, you will run to the nearest music store and pick up a copy, or steal one from a friend. Its certainly worth it. Wow.
Burning Heart by VandenbergThis may very well be the greatest ballad of all time. Vocalist Bert Herrink is one of the most expressive vocalists in the metal world. You can just sense the pain and hurt in his voice, he manages to get his feelings across so strongly, that it is breathtaking, and the guitarwork played by legendary axeman Adrian Vandenberg is so sorrowful and wonderful that the combination of the lyrics and the guitarwork should have you in tears in seconds. Overall, a beautiful song, worthy of the ballad hall of fame. Burning Heart may very well be my favorite song of all time, and it is my favorite ballad.
Night Music by Dio From 1990's Lock Up the Wolves, Night Music is a classic Dio song, the lyrics, are especially wonderful, and the song has that addicting hook to it that the mighty dwarf, Ronnie James Dio writes so well. The guitarist is Rowan Robertson, who was a late 80s guitarwizard, and keyboardist Jens Johansson (drummer Anders' brother) who has played for Yngwie Malmsteen among others and has had a nice solo career. The Johansson brothers are sort of famous in the metal underground, and Jens has been on the top 20 keyboard player list several times. If you have never heard a Dio song, I suggest you pick this one up. You won't be disappointed.

You will need WinAmp to run these MP3's....you get it at: AOR Hard Rock Spot Soundbites. You can also currently download MP3 clips from Baton Rouge, Mike Tramp, John Sykes, Danger Danger, Ten, and Night Ranger (live) from there as well. I suggest you check it out.
